Scholarships

The Rochester District Youth Soccer League is pleased to support our college bound soccer players with our Annual Scholarship Program. Two scholarships, for 1 boy and 1 girl, in the amount of $250.00 for each year of college (a maximum of four years, attended consecutively) will be awarded to a student athlete that is participating in the RDYSL and will be graduating from high school. To maintain the scholarship the recipient must maintain the equivalent of a 3.0 average. The RDYSL Scholarship Committee will review applications and the awards will be announced by August 1^st. Applicants will be evaluated on the following criteria (listed in no specific order):

• Academic Achievement
• Soccer Experience
• Soccer Related Essay

Applications are now available on our website, www.rdysl.com. We encourage all club presidents and coaches to make sure deserving players in their club are aware of this opportunity. Please help publicize this exciting opportunity and make sure your club members are considered for these scholarships.

All applications must be completed and received by July 1^st of the year the player graduates. If you have any questions regarding this program, please contact the RDYSL president.

Note: Family of RDYSL Board members are not eligible.
