Be careful not to confuse this with the Jefferson Avenue Elementary in Fairport. They are not the same school.
From 390 South:
Get off at Jefferson Road exit and make a left onto Jefferson Road. Follow Jefferson Road east past Locust Hill Country Club Golf Course, cross Clover Street and continue past Sutherland High School crossing Route 64 (Main Street in Pittsford). Jefferson Road School will be on your right about 0.5 miles.
From I-490:
Exit at Pittsford Exit (Route 31). Proceed west on Route 31 towards Pittsford Village. At the main, four corners intersection in the Village (the intersection of Route 31 and Route 64/96) turn left, or south, onto Route 64/96 (known as Main Street). Turn left at lights onto Jefferson Road. Turn right immediately after the first set of lights onto School Lane. Jefferson Road school is at the end of School Lane. The fields are at the rear of the school.
